Remote monitoring through Mobile APP

We have recently added a completely new dimension to supervise physical movement and presence of guards at site. Apart from physical check and inspection, we have installed app on our guards mobile which empower us to monitor their movement remotely. Attendance of guards with time and location punch is also automated. Remote monitoring at the time of pandemic has given us edge to monitor our guards 24/7 without physically visiting the site. We are not charging anything additional to our clients and nor recovering the cost from our guards.

Our clients are now 100% assured of our guards presence and alertness even during the pandemic. Clients are lauding our new initiative as it has given them sense of security at the time when they are too unable to visit their workplace.

One number for all query

We have one central number for all our guards salary and job related query. They can call the number and get their issue resolved without the need to contact our area officer or visit our office. We are committed to solve their query within three working days. It is proving to be very useful for our security staff during the lockdown. A satisfied and content guard gives his best at work.

Remote working with 100% accuracy

Most of our staff excluding field staff are working remotely during this pandemic. Every staff has been empowered with computer and cloud computing. All the data are shared on real time basis in secured manner. Our payroll team is able to process salary remotely without any of them visiting office. Similarly, our accounting team is able to work remotely without any compromise. We have IVR system wherein our calls are directly diverted to concern department and staff’s mobile who are working in safety of their home. We are not only helping our staff members to stay safe during this lockdown, but also helping the community as a whole by being at home.
